About Jonathan Comerford

Jonathan Comerford was born in Cape Town where he matriculated and went on to study art at the Ruth Prowse School of Art in Woodstock in Cape Town, majoring in printmaking and drawing. Further study and practice of printmaking was done at Peacock Printmakers in Aberdeen, Scotland. In 1989 he returned to South Africa and established his private printmaking studio, Hard Ground Printmakers.
