About Helen Bridges

Much of my work visually combines imagery and text to capture attention and provoke thought through the integration of actual words and an aesthetic compliment. Sourcing from the unconscious, fragments of my existence and daily life, I taxonomically records conversations, dreams, moments and constantly question our habits and social conditioning. I encourage attention to the subtleties of everyday life.
